TST headquarters is home to multiple R3 race bikes, and in our quest for track day domination, we have designed a simple and easy way of adding real performance and power to your Yamaha R3 / MT-03 engine. Through an extensive research and testing process, we were able to determine the most effective stack shape for overall power increase using the natural resonant frequencies of the R3 / MT-03 intake to develop the greatest volumetric efficiency. All of that work has resulted in a 5% peak power gain on a properly tuned engine when compared to the same bike using OEM velocity stacks. That's a significant performance boost that can help you land your race boots on the podium. Installation is an easy bolt-on process, which means that real-world horsepower gains are easy to achieve and leave the ability to return to the stock setup if the need ever arises. Each R3 / MT-03 Velocity Stack is made from injection-molded rubber capable of withstanding gasoline and other harsh chemicals found in the extreme environment of your Yamaha's engine.
