STEP ONE: Complete returns form

• Complete the returns form. This can be found on the reverse side of your invoice sheet within your delivery.

STEP TWO: Purchase your label

• We have teamed up with DHL to ensure our customers have the best possible service and rates for a return or exchange with an express service at £29.99. Alternatively, you can use a courier of your choice. (Please note we do not hold any responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed items. We are also unable to track these items on your behalf)
• Purchase your DHL label here.  Once purchased, please email us (sales@stuartslondon.com) quoting the items you are returning with the five digit code in brackets on your invoice form. Example (49839). Please then allow at least 24 hours for your purchased label to be emailed to you. 

STEP THREE: Send us your item
